Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:

  • You may return your product within 14-16 business days from the date you receive it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at inquire@looccool.online with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • Returns are eligible only for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received).

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can also be requested within 14-16 business days from receiving your order. However, please note that exchanges may take longer due to the shipping process from our suppliers.
  • Since we source products from international suppliers, there may be delays in processing exchanges or returns. We advise you to place a new order if you need an alternative item urgently.

Return & Exchange Process:

Return Request: Contact our customer support team with your order details.

Return Shipping: You will receive instructions for returning the product. Please ship it back to the address provided. Please Note - This will take same amount of time like when the product is delivered as it needs to be sent to the same supplier internationally.

Inspection: Once the product is returned, we will inspect it. If eligible, we will process your return or exchange. This process will take 24 hours.

Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. And will get refunded once verfied and confirmed by the supplier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  1. Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original product is returned.

  • Please note that due to the international nature of our business, there may be delays in returning the product to the supplier and processing exchanges. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
